Pop Up Donation Plugin

Hello,

I am wondering if there are any pop up plugins out there where you can accept a donation before entering a site. I am working on a site and when a non member comes to the site I want a pop up asking for a donation. Without a donation a member cannot enter the site. This is a dating site.
