Pop Up don't show on laptop

    Hey there Julie,

    How are you doing today?

    I’ve checked your site and I can confirm the issue, popup is not being displayed on desktop.

    Just to make sure please check when creating/editing popups in your admin if you’re using “Only on mobile devices” condition, see screenshot https://screencast.com/t/gzPXPlWeN.

    Also when checking that page on desktop only I’m seeing some JS error in the console which could mean that there is a conflict with some script from a theme/plugin so you can test for conflicts.

    To do that please try site using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.
