Pop up don’t show on mobile in vertical position

Hi,
we have installed your plugin and at the beginning, everything was working fine. However, after a few days we realize that the pop up don’t show on mobile in a vertical position and blocks the scroll function. As a result when I went to mobile view for the very first time (check in private mode) I couldn’t scroll down as it seems that the pop up which is not displaying properly is afecting this function. So I needed to refresh the page to be able to scroll down.
However, in horizontal position on mobile the pop up works fine.
Is there a way adjust the size of this pop up for a vertical position???

Hi @maciekmikosik,
Disable scrolling while the popup show is the plugin’s function.
Did you custom css to hide popup while the device width <=500px ?
And the size of the pop up just changed in horizontal position now.
