Pop-up for text editing on pages pending

    Hi there,

    I’m using Beaver Builder Lite version 1.6.0.1.
    When trying to update content on my pages with the Beaver Builder plugin the pop-up window to edit the text is not opening anymore. It remains in status pending with that running bar.
    I’m using the IE 9 and Firefox on a Windwos 8.1 system. I think this issue appeared with the latest plugin update of the Beaver Builder.

    I’ve deleted the IE cache (temporary internetfiles) without any success.
    Do you have any idea of what could cause this problem?

    Thanks for posting. It sounds like there might be a plugin conflict. Can you try disabling all plugins and reenabling them one by one to see which one might be causing the issue. If one is, let me know and I can look at getting a fix together. Sorry for the hassle!

    It seems to be a conflict with the “Ultimate Social Media and Share Icons” plugin. When deactivating this plugin the content update in Beaver Builder Lite works fine again.

    Thanks for the follow up! We’ve actually run into this issue with another user recently and found that it’s something we can’t fix on our end. I have a support request in to them and they’ve said they will look into it…
