Pop up for tools & Options off screen.

    There can be an issue with the pop up from the top right (three dots control) for tools and options. Once you hit a threshold of a number of items the bottom of the pop up goes off screen and the options button can’t be reached. I notice this after I installed EditorKit plugin with other items from other plugins
