Pop-up form & action button

Hi,

I have a design for a client and I need a plug-in for it. I am hoping the Formidable Form is the right one.

Basically my design has the email/contact form already on the home page when users first arrive. If they close it, it shrinks down into a floating action button which follows the user from page to page, up and down each page until they click on it and the form pop-s up again.

I am new to customising in WP, so forgive me if the answer is obvious.

Can you tell me if this is the plug-in I want or if there is something better/easier?
