Pop-up Form Not Appearing

    Another issue: the dashboard Opt-In Cat summary is showing 1 or more registrations on several days, however these are not making it to my Mail Chimp List…

    I love this plugin and have been considering upgrading to the premium version, but these issues need to be sorted out first..

    Hi,
    Sorry that you are having these issues with our plugin.

    1. When our form is set to “Once per visit” the form will not display again until a new browser session is created. This would mean that once the browser window is closed then reopened the form should display again after 30 seconds has passed.

    2. Our Optin Cat plugin works by using the Double Optin process where a Confirmation email is sent to the subscriber inbox before they are added to your mailing list. However, the form conversion point would go up for each form submission.
