Pop up forms

  • Client wants pop-up forms that have the option to send to different people and wants forms on the site for different documents. I have been looking but would like suggestions

    Form engine and gogiplus onclick pop up seem to be the best bets so far. I will be making forms for booking a room, requesting service from individuals, simple contact forms and choosing printable forms.
