Pop Up has extra box next to subscribe button

    Hi there

    My plugin looks correct when I view it though the eye symbol in the backend.

    However when i view it on my site it shows an extra box next to the subscribe button. And the email box sits on top of both of those.

    Can you help me please.

    I’ve deleted the plugin. Reinstalled it. Deleted the pop-up and started a new one. But none of that seems to have helped. Also tried putting in some custom code. But that didn’t help either.

    Hope you’re doing well!

    Would you please share here a link to a page with the popup so we could have a closer look at it?

    Also please let us know, what email provider you are using?

    Please make sure that in Hustle > Opt-ins > Content & Design, there is only one email field exists

    I have the same issue (sure there is only 1 row in settings) and another more.

    After the last update it stopped working. When I add an e-mail, it says it’s invalid…

    Also, can you attach some screenshots in there about the differences in back and frontend look of the popup?

    Sorry for the late reply. I’ve made sure that only 1 email field exists.

    Hi @emair,

    Could you try deleting your opt-in and then re-create it with same settings to see if the issue is still there because no matter what I try I can’t replicate it on my installation.
