Pop up image appears on page in chrome – cannot remove it

    Hi

    When the pop up is closed the image remains in the page hiding – hiding half the content and is not closable. Only goes when I deactivate the plugin.

    This only happens in Chrome.

    What can you suggest?

    Thanks for reaching out.
    We checked the page and the popup closed just fine for us.
    May we ask you to clear the cache and check again?
    Or else try with the incognito mode of the browser?
    Please, keep us updated about the results.
