Pop up image does not open

Hi

I selected the pop up in the items click action. Some brand picktures are linked to a page and the page opens when click on it, but for some brands there is no page to be linked and the brand image should only pop up. But it does not work anymore. I already deactivated all plugins, but it still does not work.

Do you know how to resolve this issue?
