Hi there, I have an issue with the Pop Up windows on the calendar. Only those who are logged into the website can see the event pop ups – those who are public (i.e not logged in as an account holder or user on the site), when they click on the events on the website, nothing happens for them – even when clicking on the date, nothing loads or even tries to load. We are using calendar events to sell access to courses/workshops so it is necessary for public (i.e new users) to access the content.

This hasn’t happened previously – when loading other events in, the public has been allowed to click on the link, and so I believe it may be to do with the recent update to the plug-ins wordpress, but I thought I would check in case I’m missing a check box.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Looking at your website, I don’t see any events. I’m wondering if your event categories have been set to private, so they aren’t visible at all to the public?

Hi Joe, The events are in May/June so you may not have seen them in the calendar. However, the issue wasn’t with the calendar – it was an issue with a caching plug in that was disrupting the whole site. Thanks.
