    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    I can’t see popup there too. I understand it should show up automatically and the “pop=up trigger” option is set to either “time” or “Scroll”, right?

    It might be some kind of a conflict but in most cases issues like this come down to “Visibility Rules” configuration. Could you, please, share a screenshot of “Visibility” settings for that popup?

    Hi Adam:
    I hope you are fine, thank you for your answer. I just updated the plugin with the new version: 7.3.5!
    I tried to attached the screenshots files (jpeg) that you requested, unfortunately I could not find an option to attach them. If it’s possible, can you send me an e-mail ([email protected]) so I can send you the files?

    You can upload the photos to your Google Drive or Dropbox and link us to the same here. You can also use a free image hosting service like https://imgbb.com/ to upload your images and then link them to us here.
