Pop-up keeps showing when “NO” is selected

Hi,

please purge your server side cache and even your browser cache first! Also please test it with different browsers and on different computers!

This could be happening if Debug mode is on or if cookies are not saved for some reason and the plugin “thinks”, that verification is not yet done.

If you could share your website link, please do so and I can take a look at it also.

I’ve deleted my browser cache and website cache. Unfortunately this didn’t work. I also tried how the popup responds in incognito and there’s no difference.

Also I disabled the cache and cookie GDRP plugins in a dev environment but the popup keeps showing up after a “NO”

Oh, I understand now. ?? You say, it is keep popping up after clicking on NO. This is, how it works correctly. This is an age verification popup, so when visitors click on NO, it means, they are not allowed to see the website, so it is keep popping up.

It only hides the popup, when visitors click on YES button, meaning they are allowed to see the website’s content.

So the plugin is working correctly, with the expected behavior.

Got it! Sounds logical indeed, misunderstanding from my side.

But then the question arises of why the popup is shown at the page to which visitors are redirected, while the page has been excluded.

Good question! ?? I will take a look at the code, if something is missing and fix it if needed. I will let you know soon…
