Pop-up Newsletter is not visible good on mobile

I don’t know how can i upload a screenshot, i have not any option to do that.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

We can’t upload files directly on the thread, but you can use any sharing service like Google drive or Monosnap to share the files, similar service https://imgbb.com/

From your description it sounds like there is a fixed size that is bigger than the screen, for this you can use a relative value in the Hustle module setting:

Or modify the size only for mobile:

unfortunately i haven’t been able to solve my problem yet. I try to attach a screen and also upload the exported file of my pop-up to understand how to solve the problem.

Thanks for sharing the export, I tested it on my end but I’m afraid that I couldn’t replicate the issue there and on my end the popup fits fine in smaller screen:

It’s most likely caused by some CSS (from a theme or another plugin) on your site so it can’t be replicated on our end.

Could you share an URL of where we can see the popup on your end so we can check this out further and see how we could go around the issue?

Thanks for sharing the URL, I had a look at your site and it seems that the issue isn’t specific to mobile device.
The entire popup is pushed to the right for about 20 pixels but on larger screens it’s not as visible like on mobile devices where it gets cut out.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t determine what exactly on your site is causing this, it could be something in one of your other plugin or theme settings, like custom scroll that you have on site or something like that.

What you could try doing as a workaround is going to Appearance > Customize and in Additional CSS field paste this code that removes the existing popup padding and should center it back:

.hustle-ui.hustle-popup.hustle_module_id_1 {
	padding-left: 0!important;
}

Let us know if that does the trick.

Unfortunately it still doesn’t work even though I have inserted this css.

I don’t know how to fix, so I guess I need to ditch the plugin and move on to something else, unfortunately. I’m sorry because the design of your templete is really beautiful!

Hi @maurimix,

The plugin does provide an out of the box setting to define the size of the popup in Mobile or Desktop, you should find that under the “Appearance” tab once you edit the popup as mentioned in the following screenshot:

On the page mentioned in the above screenshot, you should see the option “Pop-up size” once you scroll at the bottom of the page:

Please make sure to clear the cache once the changes are done and then see whether it works.
