"Pop Up not added"

Could you please verify that you’re trying this as an admin?
If this is a network installation, could you please try it with a super-admin account and let me know if that works?

hi guys sorry about lack of reply. Yes, admin, not network installation. I had to move on and have another one running now. However, I’m going to switch it up again this week and I’ll let you know if the problem is persisting.

okay yeah, trying this again.

Acts like everything is fine. Every time I create a new popup I go back to the “edit pop ups” screen and there are no popups found….

Also, if I go to “settings” and then “Save Changes” .. I get this error:

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

This sounds like an issue with roles and capabilities. Do you have any plugins running for managing roles?

Well, yeah a couple.. getting around them is going to be a bear though. I might have to just stick with this lousier popup I’ve got. I”ll test when I can…

A couple of role managing plugins? That must be a nightmare to manage!

Can you try disabling them to see if that resolves the issue? That will quickly identify the problem area.

Is your problem exactly the same? Are you activating the plugin, altering settings and then clicking save only to be presented with a “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” error?

If there is anything different please let us know.

Actually when I am trying to change options there is You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” And i trying to turn on/off all plugins etc. Nothing working.

“Pop up not added” i “solve” with paste tables _popover and _popover_ip_cache in mysql. I copied tables from fresh wp installation where plugin made this tables.

So were the tables not created when the plugin was installed? Did creating them and copying data over completely solve the problem for you?

I’ve got the same problem:
“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

First time I tried changing and saving the settings as soon as I installed the plugin, the message came up.

I went and created a popup and tried again, still the same…

I have no roles/permission plugins. Current WP version = 3.5.2

Is there anything that I might have missed?

I’ve just tested this and I’ve managed to reproduce the error.

Looks like its a problem only with the free version and not with the paid version. I’ve notified the developer, hopefully this will be fixed soon.
