Pop-up not displaying for non-logged in users

  • We have a pop-up that needs to be displayed to non-logged in users. In the settings, we’ve chosen All for User Type, but it’s still just showing for logged in users.

    Just checked your site. The popup is showing up just fine. Can you please check again?

    @getbrave, I was able to check that it’s working properly now. However, when I added a goal and assigned a button called “Do not show again”, it’s not working for me again.. I changed the settings so that this pop up doesn’t appear when the goal is met, which is when the user clicks this do not show again button. Does it usually take a long time for these setting changes to apply?

    @kpassonline No. There shouldn’t be any delay. But be aware that when you are logged in as admin, the frequency settings won’t apply to you. You need to test it using an Incognito window.
