Pop up not displaying on Chrome

Hello, i have just installed, actived and customized the popupally plugin on my blog https://www.sterlizie.com.
The problem is that it seems work on Firefox and Safari but not on chrome – which is a big problem!
Can you please check and help me? it’s very important for me, thank you in advance!
