    Hi Team,

I have a superform in which I want to add few pop-up links. When I add my pop-up shortcode in a custom HTML (Don’t know your feet size? Click here) in my form, it does not however open the pop-up. Does the plugin shortcode work with superform?

    Thanks,
    Priyanka

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @itspriyanka

    Thank you for contacting us.
We couldn’t detect the shortcode added to the website.
Can you please try to add via CSS class and let us know?
Here is a way to do that.

    Hi Team,

I tried using css as well, you can see it in https://talusfoot.learnwise.in/product-recommender/

I have added 2 events in the pop-up settings, one for on click and one for Set by CSS rule.

I am able to achieve it in a page directly, but not inside superform.

    Thanks,
    Priyanka

We are sorry to hear that.
Could you please delete the version that you have and replace it with this one?

    Hi,

I realized that it does not work when there is a javascript error on the same page. If you try going to the 2nd step in my form without filling any data; it gives an error. At that stage, pop-up does not open anymore. Can we do something about it?

    Thanks,
    Priyanka

    Hi @itspriyanka

    Thank you for your reply.
The Javascript files are being loaded synchrony.
So, there can be cases that those errors will affect the popup and there can be cases that they won’t.

As for the next question, when you press on the “Next” button (when the error messages of “Field is required” are shown) the element that is responsible for the popup opening is being recreated.
We can provide you with an init that will be needed to add in the coding of the Superform plugin.
    Here is the JS code/init: SgpbEventListener.init();

Let us know in case of any questions.

    Hi Team,

Thanks for your msg. Can you guide me on where to add that init function? I am confused and clueless ??

    Thanks,
    Priyanka

    Hey @itspriyanka

We are sorry for the late reply.
Please try to contact the support of the “Superform” plugin and let them know about your goals.
They will give you a place to add the coding so that the popup will be shown.

Let us know in case of further questions.
