Pop up not showing

    Hi there,

    I have installed your plugin on a few websites and it has always worked, but there is one website that it doesn’t work. I have put the link above. Can you please tell me what is going wrong? I have done everything the same as my other websites, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. If I look at the source code, I can see the code for the pop up but the actual pop up doesn’t appear on the my website. I have selected ‘Everywhere’ for it to appear.

    It’s okay! I got it working. I needed to change the plugin order and make sure Pop-Up Builder was loading first as there was a certain plugin I had on this website (not on the others) that was blocking it.

    We are happy that everything is fine now.
    Anyways, this is a strange behavior as our popups are loaded in a respective order.
    Of course there can be some exceptions depending on the theme and etc.

    Thanks for your reply… yes the pop up was actually being loaded about 4th or 5th down the list. I installed another plugin that organises plugins and bumped your one to the top and it worked then.
