Pop Up Not Showing

    I installed the plugin, but the pop up doesn’t pop up on the website. Am I missing something here?

    Thanks for your patience while it took me this long to respond. I have been looking into this but am not seeing the pop-up not working on a few different servers I set up to test on.

    Can you check to see if you have the age-verification cookie set?

    This can usually be seen in Chrome by right-click & Inspect, then clicking the Application tab.

    If you see the age-verification cookie, please remove it and re-check the website for the popup.

    By default, the cookie saves itself for 30 days and in the Age Verification Pro plugin there’s options in the customizer to change the amount of days it saves, and you can turn off the cookie entirely for testing purposes.
