    Try enabling ajax mode. If that doesn’t fix the issue. Enable also debug mode and let me know so i can check

    Enabled Ajax mode – no change, pop up still not showing.

    Enabled debug mode as well, and still no change.

    Please leave debug mode on so I can test it. Be sure to have latest version 1.3.0.2 which fixes some issues

    Yes, debug mode is enabled still.

    And have updated to version 1.3.0.2.

    Hi Joanna just checked and there is nothing wrong with the plugin. Is something in your theme that is broke.

    I see stuff that should belong to the header in the body, etc. So please check your theme with your developer.
