Pop-up not showing up on page’s first load

  • Hi guys, hope you are all doing well, I have a very strange problem,

    I’m running the Divi theme. I’m using Popups for Divi to make some pop-ups (duuh :D). I use another plug-in called ImageMapPro to make some of my building images interactive. When you hover over part of the image a button appears above it which you could press to trigger the pop-up. The strange part comes here: when you load the page for the first time the pop-up doesn’t work, but if you reload it or comeback afterwards without leaving the website, the pop-up works perfectly. I have tried almost anything, but still no results. Does anybody from you have an idea, what the problem might be and how to fix it?! Thank you for your time! Cheers!

    Hello,

    I’m not as familiar with Divi as with Elementor but I’m assuming that you are building your popup with Divi’s popup builder??

    Highly recommend that you contact Divi support since they will most likely have the answers you’re looking for ??
