Pop Up Not Working

    I’m trying to get a simple Email Subscriber pop-up added to my homepage and have tried several plug-ins but yours is the most customisable/best looking which makes it a shame that it’s not working. I’m using a Child Theme of Auberge and have posted on their help board too as I’m anticipating there is clashing code somwehere.

    It simply…doesn’t do anything. I have it set up to pop up on the home and shop pages immediately and I’ve tried loading it in various browers and on various devices and nothing appears on any of them. I’ve had similar problems with other pop-up plug-ins and the one that I did get to work wasn’t customisable enougb *loud sigh*

    Hello @brmstudio,

    I’m sorry this is not working correctly on your site. You mentioned reaching out to theme developer – have you checked if it works on the default WordPress theme?

    If that is not a theme issue would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Hustle and check if the problem gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one to find out which one is having conflict.

    Also can you make screenshot of setting of Popup – display conditions and how its triggered.
