Pop-up not working at all

The problem is probably from the “Popover shown less than 3 times” for you it will probably have been shown many times so you aren’t seeing it.

Try removing that temporarily and making sure you aren’t logged in and you should see the popup.

The pop-up shown in the screenshot is not this plugin. I had to install a different plugin because this one was not working at all.

No matter how many times I logged out and cleared the cache, the pop-up never showed. I also had several people visit the site (including folks that had never visited) and they too said there was no pop-up.

Which plugin did you change too, I am having the same problem with this plugin, not the first WPMUDEV plugin that has simply not worked, had their feed to post on as well and was never able to get it to work and their support was not helpful at all, will def not recommend them to anyone.

Sorry to hear that is it not working for you. Would you please try some different settings from Pop overs > Settings to custom or page footer?

If it still not working, would you please share us a link where the popup is enabled but not showing? Make sure the plugin is activated when you share the link with us.

Also, tell us about your popup settings/rules.

My pop up is also not working.
