    Hello!

    The published pop-up no longer shows on any device at all! It originally showed on desktop, with many complications on handhelds. However, it cannot been seen on anything.
    I made sure to clear caches and view via incognito to no success.

    Please advise! Thanks in advance.

    the pop-up is definitely still not working. I’ve tried on my wifes phone and laptop, work phone and laptop and tried on Explorer and Chrome.

    Logged into what exactly? If you mean wordpress, then I have done both logged in and logged out.

    Do you have a caching plugin activated or not?

    Yes I use ‘Super Page Cache’.

    Our Dev Team double-checked this case and couldn’t find any issues related to it. The popup can normally be opened for us.

    See the screenshot below:

    Most presumably, the problem comes from the cache generated on your website.
    Please clear all the caches, and exclude the link, where the given popup is enabled from the Cache Plugin Settings.
    Then, check the case with different browsers or via an Incognito Mode.

    Also, please check out the case when logged in and logged out from WordPress to identify the differences between the two cases.
    If possible, record a short video when testing the case and provide us with it so that we can check the case further.
