pop up not working correctly on page

    I Am using the plugin, and choose to display the pop up on one page. The English front page, the website is in two languages, NL and ENG.

    The problem is, that the pop up is only visible on the NL front page.

    Even when the popup plugin is dectivated, the pop up is still visible. I cleared the cache of my browser, I use w3 total cache, so it might be a cashe issue.

    Or is the plugin even compatible with WPML?

    Please clarify, where exactly can I find popup on your website?
    We need to explore your issue in more details, please contact us via internal contact form.

    Anyway, there is no problem in using Popup plugin with W3 Total Cache, because we are using this cache plugin on our live website too – seems like there is some issues in settings of your cache.
