Pop up not working on mobile

    I am trying to get the pop-up to show on mobile but only on this specific page. I updated the plug in but all I get on my phone is a white screen with an “X”.

    Thank you for using our plugin.
    I have checked the link and it opened on my end.
    Anyways, there can be browsers that will show with delay.
    This comes from the image size, as the popup itself is being loaded very quickly.
    Nowadays, most of cache plugins, recommend using more compressed images.
    Once you compress the image and add it to the popup, you won’t have the issue.
    Also, please do not worry about the quality of the image after compressing, as you will not see a visible difference.
    You can also, add a small size image for testing so that you will see how it shows.
