Pop-up not working on side

    I have created some pop-ups for my website, which were working a week ago in preview mode, and I tested them temporarily.

    Now when I try to preview or publish them, they do not show at all.

    I am unsure why this has all of a sudden stopped working, when I have not changed any settings at all.

    I hope you’re well today!

    Without checking the site in question, I would suggest clearing all caches on site/server first. If that doesn’t help then if there’s any asset (JS/CSS) optimization plugin active on site, try temporarily disabling or bypassing it.

    If that doesn’t change anything as well, can you please:

    – share link(s) to page(s) where these popups are expected to be showing
    – take screenshots (and share with us here) of “Behavior” (Pop-Up Trigger option) and current “Visiblity” conditions of these plugins
