    Have you managed to sort this out?

    If the issue still persists on your end, may I ask, do you have any caching plugin active on your site? If yes, then you may want to delete/purge all cache to see if the issue still persists. You can also try to deactivate the caching plugin temporarily from your end to see if that helps, as well.

    Or, if you are referring to something else, could you elaborate in more detail of what exactly you are having trouble with? You can send us screenshots or screen recording so that we can understand the problem better.
