Pop up on image doesn’t work

    Hey team!

    I’m using the WP Jupiter theme and installed and activated the pop up maker plug-in. I’m trying to get a text pop-up when you click on an image/icon but it doesn’t seem to work.

    In the conditions section I used “Media: selected” and then the name of the image on which the pop up should appear.

    Link to the website is: https://ea7.717.mwp.accessdomain.com/. I’m talking about the section “Wat doen we” with 8 boxes/icons. First icon left should be connected to a pop-up.

    Anyone able to help me out? Thanks heaps!

    Popup Maker is installed and activated on your site and is loading. However, when I inspect the element you referred to above (labeled: DEFINI?REN VAN
    MERKBELOFTES), I don’t see any markup for a popup.

    Is the status of your popup set to ‘publish’? Make sure that conditions for the popup are not set so it will display everywhere.

    I’m not sure what you mean.

    The status of the popup is ‘published’. I need the pop-up to show / display when you click on the first icon left above the copy “DEFINIEREN VAN MERKBELOFTES”. That’s why I chose below for the conditions:

    Media: selected
    Icoon 1 (selected media, image name)

    Can I upload a screenshot somehow on this forum or not? Thanks for the help!

    Please resubmit your support request at this link. It will go into a system that is more robust and that allows me to communicate with the plugin developer about the issues’ you’re experiencing.

    What’s complicating matters here is that your theme is using Visual Composer, and the markup for your popup is hidden with the structure of your site. I’m sure the markup for your popup is there. I just can’t locate it straightaway, and therefore am having difficulty troubleshooting your support request.
