    Hi @warmar75

Seems like mentioned website currently uses maintenance page for display which overrides your theme.

Please disable maintenance plugin for the moment of pop-up publishing.

Once pop-up will be published you can enable maintenance back.

Let me know if that resolves your issue ??
    Thank you!

    Hi,

I have tried that again and it hasn’t worked. Can you offer any other advice.

    Thanking

    Hi @warmar75

Could you please let me know what’s the path of the file you modified?

header.php in themes directory shouldn’t be able to insert scripts into backend.

    Hi,

the generated html code below was added to header as advised by one of your team, but it doesn’t work and even removing the code again doesn’t work

    <script src=”https://mypopups.com/api/embed/element?sub=dfea7e82-a24d-11ed-b369-005056008dab-gqksntgkoq”></script&gt;

    Hi @warmar75

Yes but my question was about which file you modified, maybe you included it in wrong file or wrong place.

    Hi,

Can I give you login credentials to check as I haven’t modified any files, I only followed the instructions of your colleague just to add the code in to see if it would work then but it hasn’t. I would appreciate your feedback as I need this to work.

    Thanking you

    Hi @warmar75

My apologies but we’re not allowed to ask for site access or use it there on WordPress forum.

If you need more detailed guide you can contact us via live-chat on https://mypopups.com (and ask for me iClyde, so agents will forward you to me). This way we can try to resolve it step by step.

    Thank you!
