Pop up only appearing once – How can I make it appear every time

Hi there
I have two popups on our website, on this page: https://www.3dlasermapping.com/phase-one-industrial-cameras/
and this page: https://www.3dlasermapping.com/riegl-terrestrial-laser-scanning-2/

At the moment, a popup only appears once. Once a computer has seen it, it doesn’t appear again on the screen.
I imagine this is to do with cookies or something? Is there a way to make this so it can be seen every time a user clicks on the page?
