    I need the message to pop up each time a user goes to the site for a period of time. There is not a submission or conversion. Just a message. I have set the conversion and closing cookie to 0, but it is not working. Help please.

    I opened the page a few times and I keep seeing it. Try clearing cookies because maybe they were set before you changed the setting to 0
