Pop-up only sometimes works

    Hi, the ‘program outline’ button opens a pop-up with a Gravity Form. When the user submits the form, it redirects to a Thank You page. However, this only sometimes works. 2 issues occasionally occur:
    – Issue 1: The button for ‘Program outline’ doesn’t bring up the pop-up
    – Issue 2: When the form is submitted, it doesn’t redirect to the Thank You page, it just reloads the same page.
    Do you know why these issues are occurring – and why they only happen sometimes?

    Hi there @saribschmidt – thanks for writing in and apologies for the inconvenience.

    Since you have mentioned that sometimes it works and sometimes it does not, may I ask, do you have any caching plugin active on your site? If yes, then could you please try to disable asset caching under your Popup Maker > Settings > Misc and check it again if the issue still persists.
