We have this set to show only if they’ve seen less than 2 times. However, pop-up loads continuously on the page. Pleas help!

    Hello @revconcept,

Please make sure that you have enabled tracking on the popup setting screen:

Col: Tracking. Row: Pop-up. That option will count how many times pop-up was open.

    kind regards,
    Kasia

I’m having the same problem, I’ve set it to only show up on ‘posts’ but its popping up on every page. I turned tacking on but its made no difference…

    Hey @janesiera,

    I hope you’re well.

If you only activate “Posts” condition, Pop-up will show in every page. Because by default Pop-up will show in every posts, pages, categories, tags. So you should activate 4 condition to show only in Posts. It looks like this; https://prnt.sc/gvjs56

@wpmudev-support2 This is on and still not working. Also, not sure why, but the “Display Conditions” next to that are as follows: All posts, All pages, All categories, All tags, Only if user is not logged in, Only on specific URLs.

But that doesn’t seem to match the actual conditions we have set: Visitor Not Logged In, Shown Less than 1 time, On specific URL (home)

    Hey @revconcept,

    Hope you’re well,

I tried on my site exactly like you said. I added “Visitor not logged in”, “On specific URL” and “Pop-up shown less than” conditions. And its working, only shows one time on homepage. Can you share a screenshot of POP-UP DISPLAY CONDITIONS, so we can look is there something looks like wrong?

    Cheers,

    Hey @revconcept,

Settings look like same, so maybe there is a plugin conflict. Can you make plugin conflict test? Basically, you just need to deactivate all the plugins except Hustle, and check the error still continues or not? If still continue also try Hustle with a default theme.

I haven’t had a chance to try that yet – however, this plugin is now causing a conflict with our JS loading on the site. All JS on the home page is broken when the plugin is active. For example, our LayerSlider won’t load etc. and I see multiple errors in console.

Pleas ignore that last issue – narrowed it to MailChimp’s embed code within the pop-up. Will check for plugin conflict when I can…thanks.

Thank you for the follow-up. I will close this thread and we will continue to troubleshoot the js conflict in your new thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/content-with-js-breaks-page-load/
