pop-up still appearing on page

    Hi all,

    I want my Boxilla pop-up to appear on all pages of the website EXCEPT one.

    I have my Box Options set as follows:

    ***
    Load this box if request matches ANY of the following conditions.
    IF PAGE IS NOT
    top-spa-managers
    ***

    I save/update the page and have re-done this several times just to be sure, but still the pop-up is appearing on the page with slug top-spa-managers.

    What’s going on? Please advise!

    (I also tried the “if URL” function and pasted the page URL there, but the same thing happened — the pop-up still popped up.)

    Can you try with the page ID instead of slug, id is 4152.
    Otherwise try if url does not contain /top-spa-managers
