Pop Up stopped showing on pages

    Hi!

    I’ve been using this pop-up successfully on my website for about a year but recently it has stopped working.

    When I visit the Popup Maker link on the admin toolbar it says the pop-up exists but when I press the Open Pop-Up button nothing happens.

    The conditions on the pop-up page also don’t work.

    I don’t know whether it is a plugin conflict but I have deactivated all the plugins that I can (it is a live site so can’t remove some of the functionality).

    Have you logged in as an Admin, visited the front end, and used the Popup Admin tool to reset cookies? If you have, can you trigger the Auto Open popup on the front end of your site?

    What are the Conditions that are set for the popup?

    A couple of things I would change about your cookie setup:

    1) Disable the ‘Session Cookie’ setting. That feature is obsolete.
    2) A cookie ID of ‘business-user’ will not be recognized by the Auto Open trigger. Please change the cookie ID to ‘pum-1610’.

    Interesting how you were able to disable the ‘Close’ button functionality without the use of the ‘Forced Interaction’ plugin extension. Our plugin doesn’t typically work that way (at least not that I’m aware of).

    Can your provide more information as to why you set a Manual JavaScript browser cookie? Are you running some JS that’s tied to the button ‘click’ events in order to close the popup?
