pop-up success issues

i’m auditioning the optinmonster social network pop-up with the intention of using it to grow my facebook page community by offering a 20% discount code to users that click the pop-up button, go to my facebook page and crush the like button. my issue is that the “success” pop-up never appears on my page. is there a solution to this problem? please advise.
