Pop-up Visibility settings

    I have Spectra (via the WP Astra theme). When i make a pop-up, the visibility settings are not in my overview. I have version 2.15.1?of Spectra.

    According to https://wpspectra.com/docs/create-popups/ it should be there.

    I only have the tabs:
    General
    Close
    Repitition

    Please help! Thanks
