Hi @rajshrestha, which buttons are you referring to?

thank you for your prompt response. On almost every page I have widget ‘Book a Demo’ that points to calendly. The button only works on desktop chrome. On the same desktop, the buttons does not work on edge. Similarly I am not able to use it on IOS mobile device as well. I have added pic to google photos with arrow to the button for your reference. https://photos.app.goo.gl/qaaZaW1iCKNwMtny9

below it the widget snippet for your reference

    [wpcalel type=”calendly” url=”https://calendly.com/koncierz/koncierz-demo” widget=”popup” text=”Book a Demo” color=”#81d742″ textColor=”#ffffff” min-width=”100%” height=”650px”]

Something is triggering a javascript error.

    Uncaught TypeError: handle is null????<anonymous> https://koncierz.com/:272????<anonymous> https://koncierz.com/:282

I did try your shortcode on my dev site and, after switching the curly quotes to normal ones (which I assume was changed by the support forums), found that it works fine. See screenshot in the link below.

Once you figure out what is causing the javascript error, things should go back to normal.

    Cheers,
    Vinny
