    Hi there @spets24 ????

    I have a pop up form on my website, it works fine but I have one problem
    After the client subscribes to the form, he gets white blank window on the screen. Is it possible that it disappears?

    Mhh, that’s quite odd. Since I am not able to reproduce that on my test site I am inclined to think that it is a theme or plugin conflict. Can you disable all your plugins, switch to a default theme as Twenty Twenty and see if MailPoet works??

    If it does work, enable all your other plugins one after the other until MailPoet breaks again. You’ll be able to tell us which plugin is at fault.
