Pop-up window upon subscription form submission?

  • Has anyone been able to modify the plugin so that the THANK YOU page will appear in a Pop-Up window after hitting the SUBMIT button?

    Also, for editing Subscription Preferences and User Profiles, can these also be done in the POP-UP WIndows?
