    Hello.
I have the pop-up set to show every time someone comes to the site if they do not take action (click the button). This works great on PCs, but it does not show up every time on Apple products such as iMac and iPhone (using Safari or Chrome). We have to clear our history every time if we are using a Mac.

Any thoughts on what we can do in settings to make it appear every time someone visits from an Apple device using Safari or Chrome?

    Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @mrempel01,
that sounds like when you use your PC the user is logged in , and when you use the other devices is not.

You can set closing cookies to 0, and conversion cookies to 0 and that will make the popup appear every time.

    Regards

    Hello.
Actually, no. The user is not logged in either place.

Closing cookie is already set to 0. Don’t really want to set the conversion cookie to 0 because that will make people upset if they already opted in. But I will try that to see if it helps.
