Pop up wont go away

Updated your plugin and now it constantly gives me a pop up to ask for me to “Support Us, It’s Free!” I cant make this go away and I am on the verge of removing your plugin from all 75 of my sites, how do I stop it from constantly popping up, another person said they gave you the support and still it wont go away.
