Pop-ups and Social Sharing buttons not displaying on my posts

    Hey guys,

    I am using Hustle 7.1.1.

    I can’t seem to get Hustle to show the one pop-up I have on my website and the one set of social sharing buttons I have on my website.

    Both the popup and the social sharing buttons should show on the post that I have on my website. I have only set the Visibility conditions for my Pages and said that it should show on All pages except the ones I inputted. I didn’t modify any Visibility conditions for the Posts. I tried to just add the Visibility conditions for Posts and leave it blank, but that didn’t help as well.

    The pop-ups and the social sharing buttons work properly on pages, but they don’t work on my posts.

    I read the Module visibility behavior update and it says:

    In 7.1, your module will appear on all pages except the two selected pages, and it won’t appear on other post types such as posts, categories, or tags unless you explicitly add a condition for them.

    How do I explicitly add a condition so that the pop-ups and the social media sharing buttons do indeed show up on my posts?

    Hey @mislavjuric,

    When you add the Pages condition it will show the popup only on pages, it wouldn’t display them on posts as well.

    However, this part you mentioned should have it show on posts as well:

    Could you share the export file of your Popup and Social Sharing so we can check the rules and do some tests on our end?
    You can do this by going to Pop-ups and Social Sharing pages, click on the gear icon next to your Pop-up/Social Sharing and choose Export.
    Upload the export files to any file sharing service like DropBox or GDrive and share the download link here so we can have a look at them.

    Hi @mislavjuric

    I hope you’re well today!

    I checked your popup and social sharing modules. Please make one small change in both and see if that helps.

    Currently the visibility rules are set to “Show when all”, having two conditions added that actually can’t be met at the same time – a part of the site that visitor is viewing at any given time is not at the same time a page and a post.

    Therefore, please try switching the “Show when all” rule to “Show when any”, then clear cache on site (if there is any) and see if that helps.
