Pop-ups not loading anymore

    Hi,

    As of late, all my pop-ups have stopped working. I have tried clearing the cache, disabling all plugins, but still no success.

    Is there anything else I can do in order to have them working again?

    @addflo Can you kindly make sure your popups are published and not set to draft?

    We checked your frontpage and no popups were loaded at all. Did you place any popup on the frontpage? If not, can you kindly share the exact page link where the popup is placed but not showing up?

    There are pop-ups that should show up on every page, including the frontpage. They have been working up until recently, then stopped. They even have conversions, which means they were showing up previously.

    Did this start happening after an update? eg: WordPress or Brave update?

    Also, it would be great if you could share the php error log of your server.

    I didn’t notice it happening after an update, but I did update to the latest version of the plugin when it was released.
    Yesterday, after noticing that the plugin doesn’t work and after I tried troubleshooting with the solutions I found listed in the support pages, I updated to the latest version of WP, but no success.
    I will ask the server admin to check if there are other errors that I cannot acces, but there is no PHP error log written on the server as far as I can see.
