Pop ups work in first sidebar image but not the ones under it?

Does anyone know why this would only work on the first image in the sidebar? It seems to only add the fancybox class to that one and not the others.
How can I make it do all (or for that matter, none – just in the sidebar)
It works fine on the gallery page.
