Pop won't close with the "x" is clicked

We checked your site.
Icegram and WooCommerce quick view plugin use same popup library for display popup.
This is causing problem.
Please check if WooCommerce quick view use latest version of Magnific popup.This will solve issue.

I deactivated the Woocommerce Quickview plugin and yet the close button does not work on icegram. Any suggestions of what else could be a issue?

It seems look like still there is a conflict with Magnific Popup because of that icegram popup close button is not working.

If you have staging site then you can deactivate all plugins except icegram and check and then activate one by one plugin and check which plugin is causing this issue. Also upgrade the jQuery version to latest one and check.

So, I tried on a staging site and switched off all other plugins. Still does not work.

We have checked staging site and found that wordpress jquery version 1.11.3 is getting overwrite with old jquery version 1.8.3 because of that popup close button is not working.

I think, the old jquery version is getting loaded from flowmaster theme.

Upgrade your theme which contains latest jQuery version or remove the line from theme which includes old jquery version and check.

For quick testing, switch to some other theme and check.

Thanks for the response. I switched themes but the cross does not work still.
Please check the staging site again. Twenty Thirteen is on. I tried it on twenty twelve/fourteen/fifteen as well.

Still the old jquery version 1.8.3 (https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.3/jquery.min.js?_=1447735098467) is getting loaded.

Could you please check from which file the above jquery version is included.

If it is coming from cache plugin then clear the cache and check.

If still the issue persist then please provide your wordpress admin login details of staging site via our contact form such that we can check the issue.

I deactivated all other plugins, but problem persisted.

I looked into the caching with the server hosts. They purged caches and nothing.

I installed jquery updater plugin but nothing.

The admin credentials are not working.

But we found, the Form (from “Robly Signup Form”) is adding an older version of jQuery(v1.8.3). You can confirm here.

I suggest you to remove a line: <script src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.3/jquery.min.js"></script><br /> from the Form HTML code and it will solve the issue.

If you are still facing any issue, please resend the admin credentials.

@icegram I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums. Really, do not do that here.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
