After that, delete Cache in case you have a cache plugin.

Thanks for your quick reply. I did both. Still won’t work. Weird thing is, everytime I go to the Poptin plugin, the plugin asks me to login. It seems like it doesn’t want to remeber me. Do you know anything about this?

Try to log in from:
https://app.popt.in/login

After you do so and save it, the access from your WordPress site will work as it supposed to work.

From what I saw the code was not installed (you can view your source code and look for “popt.in”), you can deactivate and activate the plugin again and follow the steps on the article above.

Did all of the above, followed all steps “https://help.poptin.com/article/show/50319-how-to-install-poptin-on-your-wordpress-website” cleaned cache etc. but the popin still won’t show nor on desktop nor on mobiles…
Guess I’m doing something wrong?

I am facing a similar situation. I have a popup set to show 7 seconds after page load and on exit intent. It did work once, but it has stopped working after I edited the design of the popup. The source does show the poptin code. I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin. Also cleared cache. But still no go.

I’ve checked your display rules and seems like you’re targeting just 2 pages, and you’ve also added a title tag targeting option, but instead of entering a title, you’ve entered your pages’ URLs.

I suggest you turn off the title tag targeting and test again in incognito mode in those 2 URL:
/home/
/rants/

After you do that, it should work for you. Please test in incognito mode ??

Hi, I am having problems getting this to work on my site. I’m not super technical. I followed the steps to clear cache and open an incognito window. I am targetting specific pages and I think I set it correctly in my display rules (I also removed all rules temporarily to make sure it wasn’t the rule). I checked the source code of the target page (view source) and I see that poptin code is there, but it doesn’t pop up.
